[PVE-User] cluster not ready - no quorum? (500)

hi, dear all

when i create one VM just now, i found this error:

"cluster not ready - no quorum? (500)"
and
Formatting '/var/lib/vz/images/184/vm-184-disk-1.raw', fmt=raw size=34359738368
TASK ERROR: create failed - unable to open file
'/etc/pve/nodes/server1/qemu-server/184.conf.tmp.858209' - Device or
resource busy

***@server1:/etc/pve/local# pvecm nodes
Node Sts Inc Joined Name
1 M 2136 2012-10-09 11:28:00 server1
2 X 0 server2
3 X 0 server3
4 X 0 server4
5 X 0 server5
6 X 0 server6
7 X 0 server8
8 X 0 server7
9 X 0 server9

all the nodes are disconnected.

***@server2:~# pvecm nodes

2 M 2120 2012-09-22 08:05:23 server2

then I restart the CMAN, but it failed...

i am confused that what caused this happened?anyone comes across this
issue and how to solve this? many thanks!

seem you cluster communication does not work (multicast problem)

syslog should have more info (/var/log/syslog)

Thanks!
I install sheepdog in one of me PVE server: server7. The other nodes
do not install yet.
After I removed the sheepdog in the server7, all run ok.

So, Does one single sheepdog node in PVE conflict with PVE?
