[PVE-User] USB Passthrough doesn't work???

Hi

I am try use USB Passthrough in Proxmox VE 5.0 but I need to deactive and
active it again, in order to see the USB Device inside VM.
In the other hand, when I use
qm set <VMID> -scsi2 /dev/sdc

I am able to add and remove the device correct, without down the VM!
It's clear to me, that seems USB to add pendriver, for example, doesn't
work.
Perhaps I do something wrong!

as i already wrote on August 14

usb hotplug currently does not work because of some restrictions
regarding live migration

so for now, if you want to add usb devices with our tools,
you have to power the vm off and on again
